Proudly shepherded by the 6th generation of Hager leaders since its founding by Charles Hager 175 years ago, we know that the word "family" means so much more than blood. Over nearly two centuries, one thing has become clear — every individual in the Hager community, whether employee, friend, partner or otherwise… every one of those individuals is now a part of the same Hager family.

From one man's beginnings in a small blacksmith shop at the turn of the century through the buzz and bustle of the Industrial Revolution and beyond, from a staff of Charles Hager's five children to a workforce of over 200 remarkable employees who've all become family.
